Reusable tableware from Gemert

Circulware manufactures reusable tableware and reusable packaging in Gemert. We believe waste is a choice. That's why we replace disposables with products that last hundreds of uses. Produce once, use maximally.

We are not finger-pointing activists, but practical producers. Our roots are in the food sector, with parent company Haval. We are now fully applying that experience to reuse.

From disposable to reusable.

We earn our living in the food sector. Always on the move, always looking for a product that fits the times. Parent company Haval produced disposable packaging for that market for thirty years. We now use that knowledge of plastic and injection moulding for sustainable alternatives.

Erwin van Limpt, then director of Haval, founded Circulware. He saw the need for reuse and continued to believe in the power of plastic. His idea was simple: convert the entire disposable assortment to reusable.

Why we continue to believe in plastic

Plastic has a bad reputation. Rightly so, if you throw it away after one use. The material itself is extremely durable and safe for food and drink. The problem lies in the throwaway habit, not in the raw material.

We make our tableware from polypropylene. This material is 100% recyclable and can easily withstand the dishwasher, freezer, and microwave. In nature, it's waste. For us, it's a raw material for later.

That's why we never lose sight of our products. We take back worn items and grind them in Gemert. From that raw material, we make new reusable products. Read the details on ordering, delivery, and return guarantee.

Locally made in Gemert

Everything happens in our own factory in Gemert. From the first idea to production. No long import lines and no vague foreign constructions.

That gives you three things: control over quality, short delivery times, and a low transport footprint. Additionally, you'll communicate directly with local Brabant contacts.

Together with GBO, we develop our ideas into a product that can handle practical use.

Each design is tested for maximum strength and stackability, ensuring you get reusable tableware that lasts for hundreds of cycles.

One factory, full grip on quality

We injection mould our products from 100% polypropylene. Short lines of communication give us a firm grip on quality and delivery times. Every product is dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe. This way, you can be sure that it can withstand intensive use.

Our products last hundreds of washes without compromising on appearance. They stack compactly, saving you space in storage and transport.

With CirculSmart, a QR code or RFID tag gives each item a digital identity. This allows you to track your return rates per location.

Collection and washing

We collect the products and arrange professional cleaning.

Returns and washing up without extra work

We set up permanent collection points at your location, if desired with your own logo.

Afterward, we collect the used products for professional cleaning. Cleaned and checked, they are returned to you. Your team remains unburdened.

Recycle

We grind down worn products into raw material for new ones.

From worn-out product to new raw material

Worn-out items are ground down in our own factory in Gemert. From that material, we again make reusable products. This way, the raw material remains in the loop and nothing is disposed of as waste. That is the core of our return guarantee.
